Dobrý den, děkujeme za vaše hodnocení. Máme pro Vás několik dobrých zpráv. Od minulého týdne instalujeme nové výtahy. Dnes nám také dorazily nové televize s úhlopříčkami od 80 do 100 cm, které začneme od zítřejšího dne instalovat do všech pokojů. Co se týká klimatizace, tu skutečně nemáme. Ani ji neuvádíme nikde v popisu našeho hotelového vybavení. K dispozici jsou pouze větráky na každém pokoji. Za zmatky, pokud k nějakým došlo, se velice omlouváme. Pokud nám sdělíte víc, budeme rádi, abychom se příště eventuálních chyb mohli vyvarovat. Budeme se těšit, že naše ubytování v budoucnu opět vyzkoušíme a věříme, že budete s našimi službami spokojen. Tým hotelu Koruna.

  • Excellent service, at the front desk, and also in the restaurant / breakfast. The room is clean and modern. The only bad thing is the TV, too small to watch from the bed, and not English channels, or French channels.
